ATD Solution Sdn Bhd is a business IT architecture firm that specialises in providing extensive IT architecture training, hands-on coaching and mentoring, consultancy services as well as organising industry events and campaigns for awareness. ATD commissioned Techmaki to revamp and standardise their external sales documentation and help with improving various levels of its marketing and branding.
WHAT WE DID
As business IT architecture is a complex subject, the original sales kit of ATD tended to be technical and complicated. We felt that the incredible value that ATD offers to their clients was understated in their original sales kit. So we focused on creating a new sales kit that would better communicate ATD’s true value proposition as well as reflect its position as the best business IT architecture firm in the Asia Pacific region. This included a redesign and rewriting of ATD’s sales presentation decks and proposal documentation.
In addition, ATD also engaged Techmaki to design several eNewsletters that they could use to connect with their customers. The outcome of the eNewsletter campaigns showed that the response rates were higher than the industry standard.
